My colleague is trying to initially sign-in in UiPath Studio. However it shows an error prompt: “Cannot find a UiPath web service at the given address”

The Sign-In button should redirect you to the web browser for authentication and logon process so you could log to your tenant. Seems that something might block a browser from opening. Any possibility that some policy of firewall rule can block it on your friend’s computer?
Eventually he can try to click “more options” and perform an community offline activation and try again to sign-in directly from the Studio.
Thank you for the feeds for the issues we are facing. Was this resolved? I don’t have any firewall issues, all my ports are opened but I am facing the same issue. On IIS, it is windows authentication - Enabled.
You assistance would be highly appreciated.

@Pablito I’m having a similar issue as mentioned above using the enterprise license. Any suggestions what I could do? No firewall issues since the URL is reachable in the browser
