Not able to sign in to UiPath Studio and UiPath Assistant

Hi All,
I have installed UiPath community edition in my laptop recently. But, I’m not able to sign in to either Studio or Assistant.

Please find the error below

Error loading discovery document: Error connecting to https://cloud.uipath.com/identity_/.well-known/openid-configuration. The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 30 seconds elapsing…

Need help to sort the issue.

Is it a corporate laptop?

If yes check if there are any firewall blocks

Apart from the above checks, please verify following measures :

  1. Ping Orchestrator URL from Command Prompt to check if server is reachable
  2. Verify Assistant Settings → Go to Preferences -->Check Orchestrator settings
  3. Check if you are on latest version of UiPath Community Edition

In addition to these, if you can paste your Community Orchestrator screenshot and assistant settings.
Also,Orchestrator URL should be in the format https://cloud.uipath.com/yourOrganizationName/yourServiceName.
