Cannot connect to Tenant

Hi everyone,
My uipath assistant connection failed. So I decided to uninstall Uipath and reinstall it. But now I cannot even install Uipath. An error has occurred when it connected to tenant. Please help me. What I need to check to fix this problem?

Is it Community / Enterprise Edition
If community edition, then check that you are not behind any proxy
Also check if you are using any Antivirus may block your connection request

Thank you very much. After trying so hard to fix the error, I decided to delete my tenant and make a new one. Then it was solved. So I thought that I’ve changed something in my tenant which made the error.
