Cannot communicate with internet explorer. Set up Internet Explorer 11 use recommended settings error

I am used Exists activity for the popup but not able to reach it and is throwing me.
Cannot communicate with internet explorer browser.

Plz help me for issues/alternatives.

Use try catch activity in exception block handle this scenario and make the flag browser already opened so proceed further.

'Have already handled it in 2nd image with “If Setup11 Exists”.
Execution is not reaching upto that point.

Outside of the Open browser activity try to close that popup.
