Cannot change service URL on the first screen

hi, i want to ask about this issue,
i have no idea why i can’t type on the service URL. so i can’t login to the uipath studio and begin create the process. is it kind a bug or something problems to my computer.

to the one who ask my computer specs, here u go

Can you please share what are you trying to achieve? Why do you need/want to change this URL?

For community edition it is intended to be used with Automation Cloud so there is no reason to edit this url.
