Cannot capture "Save Print Output As" window to close it

Hello guys,

I am currently facing an issue where I am not able to close this window shown.

I am using a desktop application to process some reports, and this window appears while doing so. The issue is it is not being captured by UiPath CV to actually close it through either click or keyboard shortcuts.

When I am trying manually to close it with keyboard (Tab 3 times and Enter 1 time to click Cancel), it is working. But when I am doing the same through UiPath flow, somehow it is not capturing the window. Any possible heads up to this will be appreciated.

@Jyothi31, Unchecking this option on your Remote desktop should resolve this issue. Haven’t tried but close your current open session. Open Remote Desktop client and that screen uncheck Printers and then connect with your credentials.
