Uipath cannot add uipath extension on firefox browser?

What version of UIPath studio you are using ?

If you are using 2019.5.0 then we can’t install firefox extension.

My Colleague also using 2019.5.0 version and he is not able to install Firefox extension. Don’t know what is the problem.

So he is using IE and Chrome browsers.

Yes I get the pop-up box successful but when I implemented it was not working

Its working fine for me and able to fill the data into the form and even data scraping is also working.

Can you try restarting the studio or even machine :slight_smile: … (It would be the general way to solve maximum issues :wink:)

we need 64 bit version of Firefox to install the uipath extension buddy @James90
With that we can install for sure

After install extension from uipath it says successfully install but there is no extension installed in the firefox browser.

did you check with extensions available now in firefox after installation…
kindly check that once before running the workflow

Hi All,

We do not have UiPath Studio in our production VMs, only UiPathRobot has been installed.
Does anyone know how can we install firefox extension in such case.

Open firefox and install the extension search for firefox uipath extension and install it if you found the required

or here is the file (with extension xpi) and place it in the location and then try to browse the file in firefox which will ask you to install or not

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\UiPath\app-19.10.3\UiPath\BrowserExtension
