Cannot add Robot in orchestrator

I am trying to add Robot to Orchestrator. But i see the option is disabled.
Disabled due to insufficient permissions.

you have to check if the role your user is assigned to has the rights to create robots.
Users > Roles

Ok. some basic questions.
Which version are you running? (cloud platform, trial or enterprise)?
Did you add a machine first?
is your license still valid? If it is expired you also cannot add robots.

i did not add license yet.

There is your problem. You have to activate it. Without it you cannot add robots.
