Cannot Access Target Process!

Starting the Task manager application → Click on “Services Tab” and stopping services that have either started automatically or manually. Basically to mimic what I do everyday on my personal machine. However I run into this error. “Cannot access target process! Elevated privileges might be required. Try running the UiPath application as an administrator”.

Well, am the only user in my laptop hence the admin. Am running the latest community version of UiPath studio.

Hello @technix

You have to give administrator rights to UiPath Studio Pro. To do this:

  1. Go to Desktop,
  2. Right Click on the Icon of UiPath Studio Pro,
  3. Click on “Properties”,
  4. Go to Compatibility Tab,
  5. and check “Run this program as an administrator”.
