Can one take the “UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional” certification without having completed the “UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate” certification?

No it’s not required the Associate Certificate to give an attempt for the Professional Certificate.

To earn the Automation Developer Professional certification, an Associate level certification in Developer – Automation (or former Developer - RPA) Track is recommended but not required.
