Can UiPath read custom fields in Outlook

I am looking to read custom fields from Outlook emails. For instance, I have a field called “Amount” which lists a number and would like UiPath to read that variable associate with each email it processes. Is there a way to do this?

you can read the whole html body/plain text body and then play around with it.
