Can not update community license

Installer(.exe or .msi):

License type(Free, Trial/License code): Community

Studio/Robot version: 2019.4.3

Current behavior: can not update license

Screenshot: Error

Hello, I can not update my community license, does anyone knows what is happening?
I got that error

If I do it from the web page, it says that it’s working fine, but, after restarting UiPath it’s still not working

HI @Zaithel

Welcome to the community!!!

You can renew your community license through the below web site

https://www.uipath.com/renew-community-license

Provide the details here, then close the UiPath Studio and open it again so that it will acquire the license. If that doesn’t work, you can also try getting the license from the Orchestrator community version. For the orchestrator to work, you need to have the orchestrator connected with your local robot service.

Let know if you need any help regarding this…

Hello @Lahiru.Fernando,

thank you for your quick answer

we can not use the Orchestrator community version.

Do you know if there is another way?
Already try with web site

https://www.uipath.com/renew-community-license

But, after restarting UiPath, does not work.

Hello @Zaithel

Sorry for the late reply. In your post, you have mentioned about a community edition for Uipath studio. So is there any restriction in using Community version of the orchestrator?

Hello,
Don;t worry, thanks a lot for your answer.

Yes, in our organization, we have licensed some robots that are created by the RPA team, but, other departments are using community edition to create smaller process, but, even if they are smaller, as per business policy, community orchestrator should not be used.

Do you know if it’s imperative to open orchestrator?
