Can not install UiPath in Virtual Machine

I am trying to install UiPath software in my virtual box machine but I got the following issues

Your local machine’s time is not in sync with server’s time. Please make sure that you have your time setup correctly.

I got another issue “There are no available licenses on the server”

Can you provide a screenshot with this error?
Is related to UiPath or is a popup?

You don’t have asigned licenses to your specific tenant.
