Yes.
Like if I Send Request to UIPath API and it will Send us the Response. Like other API(SOAP/REST) call.

The best solution is to have orchestrator in place. We are also facing some similar challenge here.

once you have orchestrator in place it allow you call the service /WCF.

the second approach can be call your robot through command prompt batch file.
