In the community, the recorder is free to use. In the modern design you have App/Web recorder and in the classic designer you have multiple recorders like web,desktop,basic,citrix etc.

There is no limitation to using it in your automation. If you record it, then also it is going to cpature the process using the activities available in uipath.
