Can a single Orchestrator Licence be used for Production as well as Disaster Recovery?

We have a license for Orchestrator and we are using it in Production VM. For DR our admin scheduled a T-1 copy of the VM.

The setup is active-standby. so at any point of time license is active on 1 server only.

is this OK and correct? or do we need one more license for DR?

You do not need an extra-license for DR.
The database is the same and gets replicated with the same license code.
