Business Analysis framework in Automation domain

Curious to know if we have a specific framework which needs to be followed while performing business analysis on an automation initiative. As in how a Business Analyst approaches a project at UiPath, the techniques/frameworks/tools they use, are the tools generic or UiPath specific.

Thanks a lot for these helpful insights @Palaniyappan :slightly_smiling_face: Could you also throw some light on some generic techniques/tools/frameworks which an Automation Business Analyst tends to use while performing business analysis on any automation initiative? I found a few of those like SWOT analysis, Business Model Canvas, Root Cause Analysis. Just wondering which of such generic tools/techniques/frameworks are being used by BAs apart from UiPath tools?

Various frameworks start from very simple, like SWAT analysis, or more complex, which can be tailored specifically for each business niche.
