BOT's setup in Live Environment

I wanted to ask this question from long time regarding this best practice.

In an enterprise, which team owns the responsibility to setup the Bot machine
it can be from creating bot’s machine,credential,setting up outlook client,requesting access for various applications under automation ?

Is it RPA developer/ solution arrchitect or anyone else ?

In our team, the Solutions Architect is the one managing the Orchestrator as well as the Bot machines.
