Question about roles

Hi community
a simple question, in a project which figure provide to set the orchestrator settings?
Example (set trigger, connect robot, ecc.), it is the task of BA, DEV, or instead of the client?

I believe the Orchestrator Admin if in case have seperate team available else RPA developer can also do the same.

This could be done by the developer too… Some companies, assign these tasks to their IT administration team as well…
