Before deploying Bot as unattended what factors to be consider, as it will run smoothly.

Make sure at the time of scheduled robot time, the machine is available.
And disable automatic updates of the machine between job running time.
Make sure other applications or windows are not blocking the robot applications.
Kill all the applications or programs before the process execution. So it ensures smooth run.
Do a trial run before deploying the robot.
