When did you complete Training ? I suppose they are adding in Batches, I see in the members list of the groups and most of the members are shown added September 12. I suppose we should give time to the moderators.

Is there a chance that you completed the advanced courses on a separate Academy account?

We updated our process and now the sync happens automatically each 24 hours based on your email address on both platforms.

Och, okay. Is it possible that you finished these classes within the last 24 hours?

If so, then you simply have to wait 1 day and our robot will assign you to the advanced group

I have completed RPA Developer Foundation and Advanced Long back, but whether i have finished or not just rechecked yesterday.

RPA Citizen Developer Foundation - completed in last 24 hours.

Let’s give it 24 hours as well, just to see if you get assigned to the Intermediate level group (based on the course that you have just completed).
