Bad IL Format Errors

I keep getting the below errors (and more) when trying to publish my project. I am using Windows compatibility with the UiPath.omnipage.activities. What causes this issue?

Bad IL format. The format of the file ‘C:\Users\phillip.williams.nuget\packages\UiPath.omnipage.bundle\1.3.1\lib/net6.0-windows7.0/AppHelper.dll’ is invalid.
Bad IL format. The format of the file ‘C:\Users\phillip.williams.nuget\packages\UiPath.omnipage.bundle\1.3.1\lib/net6.0-windows7.0/AppProductConfig.dll’ is invalid.

Did you have the luck to identify the issue and correct it?
I face the same after project convertion to Windows from Legacy.

Even after upgrading the omnipage dependency + uiautomation activities…
