I am using background process template where no ui interaction available. That’s what I said foreground process works perfectly (with ui interaction and all).

I ran in to this problem too and it turned out I was not running the Robot service in Session 0 because of the way I had configured my installation of the software. You should check this (maybe reinstall?) and verify that you are installing an unattended robot.
As you can see by my screenshot, the background processes run using a different host identity.
@Palaniyappan – Im running my background process with my nonprod license it is getting success in orchestrator but in VM nothing is running. Can u help…
