Could you please help me to understand if we can create multiple organization in automation suite and separate Tenants for each organization like automation cloud and how this access we can provide to multiple customer

an org anyways is independent on its own

Yes, we can create multiple organizations and different tenants in each organization. To share with multiple clients is easier too as the user management is separate in each organizations.
