Automation Hub Access Request – Trial Option Not Available

Hi UiPath Team,

I’m a senior finance professional exploring Automation Hub for SOP design, audit workflows, and RPA integration. I’ve created a new organization under the Community Plan, but the “Upgrade to Enterprise Trial” option is missing, and I’m unable to activate Automation Hub.

I’ve followed the recommended steps, including creating a fresh Orchestrator tenant and using a new email alias, but the system still restricts access due to the email domain.

Could you please assist in manually enabling the 60-day trial or granting access to Automation Hub for evaluation purposes?

You can enroll for Standard trail only by enterprise email id. Personal emails like Gmail, outlook etc. are not allowed.

Maybe the issue is related to the email domain still being flagged as Community, even after creating the new tenant. You could try contacting UiPath’s support team
