Automation Cloud上のOCからのパッケージインストールに失敗する

お世話になります。

標記の件、あるパッケージをAutoamtion Cloud上からURを設定している端末で実行しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されて失敗します。

次のパッケージのインストールに失敗しました: ‘RPA.Challenge.1.0.3’

＜エラーメッセージ＞
RemoteException wrapping System.Exception: 次のパッケージのインストールに失敗しました: ‘RPA.Challenge.1.0.3’ —> RemoteException wrapping System.Exception: NU1101: Unable to find package RPA.Challenge. No packages exist with this id in source(s): Connect, UiPath, https://www.myget.org/F/workflow/, Local, nuget.org, Official
（ACのパスの一部はマスクしています）

＜症状＞
１．対象端末のURユーザのパッケージフォルダ内（%userprofile%.nuget\packages」は「RPA.Challenge」のフォルダだけが生成され、中身は空っぽです。
２．別の端末では問題なく展開され、実行できています。（エラーメッセージ内の「No packages exist with this id in source(s):」はパッケージの場所が変わらない限りは該当しないことになります。
３．対象端末のURユーザですが、他で作成したパッケージは実行できています。

＜その他＞
フォーラムの中を調べていましたが、制限のあるネットワークや署名されているパッケージの場合に同様の問題がある記事は見つけましたが、今回の場合、ネットワークには透過的に接続していますし、パッケージは署名していません。

何かご存じの方、いらっしゃったら、情報をいただけると嬉しいです。

I was doing a bit of digging, and I found something odd.
The trouble ones, I configure it as only unattended robot. As a result, the error “No Packages …” appeared. Then, I added the right to be an attended robot (giving the right Automation User), and the result, it worked!!

I am still troubled, but at least I found a workaround.
(Is it just due to the Community Edition environment?)
