Can we automate an SAP application using API calls? Is this possible? Has anyone done this?
I am currently using the front end and it takes a lot of time.

SAP offers a Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) which you can use. You can find more information in the UiPath documentation how to use it via SAP BAPI Activity Pack.
If it is possible in your use case depends on it if an BAPI is available. It would be better if you describe your use case or your requirements.
