Automate Gmail For Specific Purpose

Use Case Description

I have to do this process manually to get xml data to our CRM provider that cannot open attachments and wants us to provide our leads in adf/xml format. Our lead source cannot provide the data in the body of their emailed leads to us so it comes in as an attachment.
My manual operation is to wait for a gmail to come in.
I download the attachment
Open attachment and copy the information to the clipboard
I open a new email (always the same addressee and same subject)
I paste the contents of the clipboard to the body of the email and send
I delete the downloaded attachment file
I delete the email
wait for new email to arrive.

As I mentioned the email is a corporate gmail account and I want to know if this is a process that I can program a bot to do. I am not asking for help as learning is part of the journey. I simply want to know if it is possible in StudioX. If so my journey begins. If not I will continue to search for a solution. The lead source is a major corporation that cannot at this time provide the leads in any other manner.

That is clear requirement,
We can use Robot for it.
My solution:
1-Read email (filter title) to download file
2-Read download file to get data
3-Create template email then add data
4-Send email to list customer
I just do a process same this process.
