i have template like below, and i want to extract is only Country and Total Column with arranged table

Why the result from extraced its only become only 1 line.
Please advise

did you create a table variable in your taxonomy? and then give the extraction as table in your form extractor?

yes, on taxonomy i have created Country and Total
