Approve CoE submitted ideas and customizing sidebar hints

We have submitted a CoE driven idea and status is “awaiting approval”. What are the steps to approve it? We simply clicked the ellipsis for approval with employee submitted ideas

Also, is there a way to customize the content of the sidebar examples that the employee would see when submitting an idea?

I would like better control of suggestions/hints to include in an undefined “OTHER” category or subcategory section. Or even to provide more context/suggestions on other steps in the idea submission process.

  1. Check the infographic here. The process owner who is assigned for that COE-driven idea must have a look on it and click on the “Mark as complete” button.

  3. There is no flexibility for modifying the suggestions / hints.
