Application stops working while trying to indicate an element

Hello, I have an issue - while trying to indicate a field (to type some info into it) my ERP system stops working. I know it needs .Net Framework version 3.5 to work (it doesn’t work with .Net Framework version 4.6 at all) as it is quite an old app. Do you maybe know if there is any possible solution for Studio to work with this app - other than CV mode? BR!

Did you try with active accessible mode by opening ui explorer

Hi, I have tried with all the modes, even with classic activities. BR!
