App Studio: How to repair a corrupted Page

Hi,

While working on the App Studio I had a network interrupt for a couple of minutes. After that App Studio Could not render “Edit Grid” anymore, and the spinner runs forever.

Is there a way to repair the Page ?
How can I backup the Application to avoid such situation in the future.

That’s the pain , you can’t do anything. you will have to do manually rectify or create a new app

Is there a way to take frequent backups for the Pages?
