API GET logs issue

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to get the logs of our robot from SWAGGER and optionaly via powerautomate, however this is something that isn’t possible yet due to undescriptive errors and lackluster documentation.

I’ve been using my organization ID and my bearer token and this works for other actions I want to do but not for getting the logs or anything related to the robot.

It mentions a server error but this is so non descriptive since other API calls work just fine (example: getting users/folder/…)

I’m stuck on this for the past week now and require some assistance.
Hopefully someone out there can help me :slight_smile:

You might have to create a support ticket for this issue. I tested it with the cloud version of our Orchestrator and it worked just fine:

This could point at some misconfiguration / networking issue for your particular Orchestrator instance.

Thanks, will create one, yeah we use an on premise version for our API but it should work just fine.
