Announcing the Public Preview of our new Workday REST connector in Integration Service

:loudspeaker: Exciting News for Automation Enthusiasts!

We’re beyond excited to announce the launch of the Workday REST Connector, now available in Preview! :rocket:

This powerful connector comes packed with features, including activities like creating time off requests, retrieving inbox tasks, approving tasks, and—most importantly—executing WQL queries to unleash the full power of Workday reports and queries, apart from Advanced CRUD activities! :bar_chart::sparkles:
Workday Query Language (WQL) is a powerful query language very similar to SQL which is designed to offer more efficient and higher-performing querying capabilities for Workday data. With its familiar structure, you can either manually construct queries within Workday or easily convert an existing report to WQL by using the “Convert report to WQL” task in Workday.
While RaaS (Report as a Service) delivers data via pre-built Workday reports, WQL provides greater flexibility and performance, making it ideal for more complex queries and faster data retrieval.
Discover how to get started with Workday WQL in our technical reference.

But wait, there’s more! The connector also includes out of the box triggers like Worker Created and Worker Terminated, letting you seamlessly kick off automations as soon as key events happen. :zap:

And the cherry on top? :cherries: The activity pack comes with an HTTP Request activity, giving you the flexibility to call any Workday REST API endpoint! :globe_with_meridians::boom:

We can’t wait to hear your feedback—happy automating! :robot::bulb: Have an amazing weekend! :tada:

[Edit]: Note: You need to be on Studio version 23.10 or higher to be using the package.
