Anchor?

I am new to UIPath. Working through the tutorials but everything I try to record returns the message: “Do you want to use an Anchor?” I have tried selecting both yes and no. When selecting yes, I can go part way and then it fails on other steps, no totally fails.

The process I am learning on is to open Notepad, enter text, select format, select font, etc. I also tried web recording, etc. Seems to always pop up.

Can anyone give me direction on why I keep getting the message and how to handle it?
