Anchor Base not populating Find Element Function

Im trying to use the Anchor Base Function and its not giving me the option to Find the Anchor Element … Am i doing something wrong here? I should be able to identify an anchor by selecting it no?

Drag a Find Element activity in the Anchor (left side).
