Anchor base issue

I am having an issue with using Anchor base activity. The selector I am using is correctly identifying the anchor but then a click activity is offset by a couple of lines for some reason. Below is a picture.

There could be multiple reasons:

My initial guess is the click activity itself… please check the image and verify Position:Center

Second guess is that the anchor itself needs a slight adjustment… is there a outer/bigger frame than the current anchor… try moving the highlighted box slowly to detect little changes.
