Alerts' timezone from Orchestrator are incorrect

Scenario:We set up an Orchestrator, in the website>settings, we set TimeZone as “UTC+12”, then all the logs’ time zone is correct, but the alerts from Orchestrator(such as some bots disconnected) are still in “UTC” timezone.

Steps to reproduce:In the Orchestrator website>settings, set TimeZone as “UTC+12”.

Current Behavior: Alerts from Orchestrator(such as some bots disconnected) are still in “UTC” timezone.

Expected Behavior: Alerts from Orchestrator should be in “UTC+12” timezone

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: 2016.2

Do we have a resolution on this, I have an upgraded 2017.1 with the same email alert notification time zone issue.
