Hi How to solve this issue Please any one help me.
Hey @MD_Farhan1
I understand you’re facing an issue with overconsumption of AI Units. Here are some steps that might help you manage this better:
- Disable Unused Models: Make sure that all AI models that you’re not actively using are turned off. This is especially important for models running on GPU, as they tend to consume significantly more AI Units. GPU-based models can consume up to 40 AI Units per hour, which could add up to around 30,000 AI Units per month
AI Center - AI Units - Monitor the Billing Period: Since your billing cycle runs from November 1st to November 30th, your AI Units should be renewed after November 30th.
- Contact UiPath Representative: If you are working on a Proof of Concept (PoC) or have urgent needs, it’s worth contacting your UiPath representative. They might be able to provide a solution, such as topping up additional AI Units if needed, which can be helpful during the PoC or for critical processes.
I hope these suggestions help you manage your AI Units better. Let me know if you have any more questions. ![]()

How to disable ML skills you can find here:

More information about Ai units you will find here:

You’re on a trial licence aswell, so the number of AI units might be fairly small since its only for a trial.
You need to purchase a full licence if you want to continue using the AI features.
There is a dashboard in Insights that can help show you what has consumed the units to decide if its worth the cost?
What happens to deployed models once you run out?
Nothing, they’ll stay there until you buy some units when you upgrade from Pro Trial to a paid plan, from which point you can use them again.
Do we have to pay back “overconsumption” units? Or do these just disappear at our next billing cycle?
Honestly I don’t know, perhaps ask your local account manager? I am surprised they let you overconsume by so much.
Lol we are not overconsumed at the moment. But we are projected to be before our billing cycle is up.
Understandably, we are cost-sensitive about spending more on UiPath since the whole goal of RPA is to net as much savings for our organization as possible. That’s why I wanted to weigh our options.
Like I said, thats a question to talk to your local account manager about.
If no one can answer via documentation what “overconsumption” means in regards to AI units that is a failure on the part of UiPath. Especially considering “overconsumption” is mentioned as a thing in the documentation but never explained.
Overconsumption means you’ve used more than you’re allotted. You’re on a trial, you haven’t even bought AI units. As already recommended, you need to discuss with your account manager what these things cost and how much you need to support your organization. Nobody on the forums can tell you that.
I am not OP, my organization has bought AI units
Oh I’m sorry, I got it confused.
