I have a project where I’m extracting data from PDF files using AI Center by labeling the invoices and following all the necessary steps for reading them. However, I noticed that the unit consumption is happening very quickly, with more than half of the units already used.
The project processes over 250 invoices daily, matching the extracted data with data in an Excel file, and it takes around 3 hours or more to complete. Is there any way to reduce or optimize this consumption?
Did you get any insight on this ? I am running into same situation
Not ideal, but I’ve started manually stopping the ML Skill when it’s not in use and resuming it during usage. I’ll see if that helps. I’m also waiting for any responses from others who may have faced the same issue.
You can ask a breakdown from the UiPath support team. That would help you to know exactly where the units are being consumed.
That’s exactly what I did, but they keep asking me to do things I’ve already done, like stopping the ML Skill and turning off auto-retraining for pipelines. I’m now waiting for the professional recommendation to stop this huge daily consumption of around 1K units. It feels like all they want is money and more money.
