AI Document understanding licensing

Hello,

I’m having trouble with the licensing for AI Document Understanding. How can I activate this in Admin → Services?

Does it need AI units to be licensed?

If you are using community edition enable AI units and DU in Admin tab

Hi Ramya,

I’m using the Pro plan - I can’t find the area anywhere in Admin.

I remember it was here when I used the community edition. My Studio is the community edition.

Here are the steps to enable DU on tenant on Pro Trial Plan.

I remember my orchestrator looking like it does on your screen, but now I just have this:

And when I try to activate it, I get this:

If you click in 3 dots menu beside document understand it would give option for activate

Also you can click on edit allocation to check and give the licenses

Thanks for your help.

When I click on the three dots, I get the ‘enable’ option, but then it gives me the ‘no licenses available’ error. It was working last week, and I can’t think of anything I’ve changed

Can you try clicking on allocate licenses and check if you have aminimum of 100 ai units

Per month there would be 5k units

In the acreen shot you are showing it is alaready present…

Else in the same pge at right top you would see that edit allocation

I’ve attached a larger view of the screen, and one of the licenses screen - I can’t seem to find where the AI units went

Yes, in this shot I’ve enabled them, but it doesn’t allow me to enable the Document Understanding service

Instead of 500 change to 5000
