AI Challenge + Extract and Validate Customer Data For Credits Approvals
Use Case Description
This use case has as its main focus extracting user data and performing validations with respect to the bank’s internal data, one of the biggest challenges was the variety of documents to validate (included extraction of passports, handwritten letters, receipts, documents personal, etc) in total there were around 30 different types of documents, the problem and tedious was that we did not have a DU license in the cloud, we only had the OCR engines and that made it difficult to manage a standard and defined structure for each type of document.
Once the extraction and validation was carried out, the information was updated in an internal portal of the bank, which finally determined whether or not this request was accepted.
