Advanced Training Assignment 3 failed in multiple times

Hi
i have done both Generate Yearly report Dispatcher and Performer assignment. but after submitting it takes a long time to evaluate and after refreshing only it showing got failed.
I dont know why this happened continuously.
looking for quick response.
