Addition of matching entries in two different excel sheets

Hello All,

I have to compare cells from two different excel sheets. If i find a match then have to enter that value in the output file but if there are more than 1 match then i have to enter the sum of the amount .
example - if 100 is present in C1 in sheet 1 and in C6 in sheet 2 then i will enter 100 in the output file . but if 100 is present in C1 and C8 cells in sheet 1 and then C3 and C6 in sheet 2 then there are 2 matches then i need to enter the sum i.e., 100 + 100 = 200 in the output sheet.

Can someone help me with this . Please provide a solution for this scenario.
