Hi @hariapn and @sonaliaggarwal47 , My requirement was just to push few identified Contracts i.e. in Pdf to Action center and get the results from human back to Bot. So, i had used the Create Form Task activity and designed to pass the Fields extracted from contracts using Regex and put it as Collections to the task form to display and added few controls in form of radio buttons to fetch the Human response.
