We have a folder with a process that starts based on a disconnected trigger (mail received)
We created a solution and added the components like the process, assets etc.. but when trying to add the event trigger in the solution, it was unavailable for selection, unlike regular time triggers that we can add in solutions.
Why ?
disconnected event trigger cannot be packed you need to create them with a new connector in the new tenant you are importing as well

Event triggers part of automations are part of it..but disconnected are not part of automation.they are created separately..connected triggers and disconnected are different
please check below table for point 2.

Because UiPath event (disconnected) triggers are tenant-level objects and are not supported as solution components, they must be created and managed directly in Orchestrator and cannot be added or packaged inside a Solution, unlike time triggers.
