Hi,
I’m trying to use the Service Now integration with UiPath with the activity shown in the screen
No errors are returned but a list of empty tasks
Has anyone ever encountered the error, could it be linked to some user permissions in Service Now?
@Giuseppe_Del_Sorbo ,
Most probably that would be the issue. Check if the user id you have created connection with have the right assignment group access to access tickets.
Thanks,
Ashok
Hi Ashok, do you know what grant the user should have?

@Giuseppe_Del_Sorbo , thanks for the quick response. We have raised a case with UiPath regarding same. If I get something from there, I will let you know. Cheers!!
Hi @SP_123 ,
With administrator permissions we were able to retrieve the information relating to the tasks.
If you are assigned administrator permissions, remember to re-establish the connection with Service Now otherwise they will not apply.
