Active Directory User Login Error with MS Edge on Orchestrator

Hi all,

When I attempt to log in from Chrome with the same Active Directory user to Orchestrator, I can successfully do so. However, when I try using MS Edge, it gives the following error:

Since MS Edge is the default browser and its settings are managed by our organization, I must log in using Edge to connect the machine to Orchestrator.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution?

Is it the same user in both?

May be the users are different cna you check the same

Can you please try open in in ognito in edge and check logging in…

If that works…claer the cache…and then try
