HTTP 400 Error for AD User Logging In

Hello,

We are having issues for only ONE AD user. All other AD users have absolutely no issue logging into Orchestrator via the “You can also login with: Windows” button on the login page.

When the one user tries to login though, they get a bad HTTP 400 error message. There isn’t much information out on the forum about this type of issue so I wanted to see if anyone has ever experienced this issue. It seems strange that one user would be having this issue.

Yes, of course it is a strange issue @mjgable, But can you elaborate are you using the community orchestrator? How you are trying to authenticate?
