【質問】ActionCenter タスクの割り当て方法について

現在、ActionCenterを使い始めました。
ActionCenterでタスクを割り当てる際に、自分に割り当てる方法はわかるのですが
他の人にタスクを割り当てる方法が分かりません。
どこから割り当てることができるでしょうか。
ご教授よろしくお願いいたします。

You can assign to other If you have admin access -

All users, that have the required permissions for the specific folder, can be assigned an action. To assign an Action to another user:

  1. Make sure you are in the Manage Actions view.
  2. On the Unassigned tab, select the More options menu for the desired action.
  3. Select Assign to user. The Assign Action window opens.
  4. Select a user from the drop-down list.

May I ask one more question?

When I try to get the task ID, I get an error like the image below.
How can I resolve this?

[Error Description]
A compile error occurred while processing “Task.ID”.
Implicit type conversion from “Long?” to “Long” is not possible with Option Strict On.
